20 Years Ago on AOL.com: Oct. 1, 1998 -- Dow Dips 210
October 1, 1998: Started out the day with a pretty tame Personal Finance promo with a tip on paying for college...
...and then the Dow dropped. Fortunately, we had a piece of stock art ready from the last time:
We ended the day with a simple wording change to ask, "What Happened?"
